Program name and description
The Good Attic customer communications program is used by Good Attic to communicate with homeowners and customers who request attic help, submit a website form, call or text the business, book an assessment, or otherwise ask to communicate with the team.
Messages may include estimate follow-up, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, project coordination, customer support, invoices or account notices, review requests, and occasional service-related offers where allowed by law. Good Attic may use Jobber and other service providers to send, receive, and manage these communications.
Consent to receive calls and texts
By submitting a form, calling or texting Good Attic, booking an appointment, or otherwise providing your phone number, you agree that Good Attic may contact you by phone call or text message about your request, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies depending on your request, appointment activity, service updates, and customer support needs. During an active estimate or service process, you may receive multiple messages related to scheduling, reminders, project coordination, or follow-up. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help instructions
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from Good Attic. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You can reply HELP for help, call 855-51-ATTIC, or contact Good Attic through the contact page.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent Good Attic from contacting you by other lawful methods when needed to complete a transaction, respond to a request, provide service, or comply with legal obligations.
Customer support contact information
For support, use the Good Attic contact page, call or text 855-51-ATTIC, or reply HELP to a Good Attic text message. Local market phone and text options may also appear in the site header and market pages.
Use of the website and service information
Website content is provided for general attic service information and does not create a guarantee of service availability, pricing, eligibility, results, or specific project scope. Actual recommendations and pricing depend on inspection findings, property conditions, local conditions, and the final written scope.
Privacy
Good Attic handles customer information according to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, how text messaging information is handled, and how customers may request updates or deletion.
Changes to these terms
Good Attic may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
These terms are provided for transparency and should be reviewed against the laws and requirements that apply to your situation.
